How to maintain this level?

You have worked really hard to get this far, so try to retain this level. To achieve this, keep on doing pushups exercises every other day.  Based on experiences you have gained in the past weeks, you can build your own training. If you would still like some guidenance, follow this plan:

DAY 1 (Monday):

  • set 1 – 80 pushups
  • set 2 – 80 pushups

DAY 2 (Wednesday):

  • set 1 – 60 pushups
  • set 2 – 80 pushups
  • set 3 – 70 pushups

DAY 3 (Friday):

  • set 1 – 50 pushups
  • set 2 – as many pushups as you can
